The world of dross is covered by magnetic storms that forces any vessel to enter its astmosphere or stray to close to be downed and crashed upon the planets surface.

Diplomatic expeditions established by House Atreides crew formed communication with the inhabitants primitive humans and learned of thier ability to control the storm.  The planet was littered with hundreds of crashed vessels.

The Bounty of Scintillia repositioned in 819 M41 to take advantage of peace brokered with House atreides and explore ruined vessels for salvage.

ALERT: Astropathic message from the Bounty of Scintillia  reporting hit and run attacks from Eldar scout vessels. Conflicts escalating on each run, requesting resolution to current problem.
