Ok... i found this mod for Sins of a solar Empire. You need to register and join the developers forum at 7 Deadly Sins.  Once you've done this simply download the mod and add to the entrenchment mod file hidden away in your Ironclad Folder, it may be set to hidden under appdata if you have trouble finding it, remember add it too entrenchment not Diplomacy and when you run the game load entrenchment not Diplomacy...

Check out the PDF in the files you extract before playing to get a rundown on all races and vessels and there background stories.

It has all the usual races for Sins plus 8 more (this includes the EMPIRE from star wars) the mod also has some Titan class vessels in it, Enjoy.
